The Law Office of Rhonda Roselli, LLC is devoted to the practice of immigration law. We represent individuals and businesses in obtaining visas and permanent residence in the United States, through family relationship and employment.
The firm assists individuals to assess options available to them under
current Immigration and Nationality laws, and provides representation
at all stages of the immigration process. This includes representing individuals
by filing applications with the United States Citizenship and
Immigration Service (USCIS), both locally and through the regional service
centers; appearing at administrative interviews and court hearings before
the INS and the Executive Office of Immigration Review (Immigration Court);
and appealing decisions before the Board of Immigration Appeals.

Rhonda Roselli
Rhonda Roselli holds a J.D. from Suffolk University Law
School where she was a staff member of the Suffolk Transnational
Law Review. She also holds an M.A. from the Episcopal Divinity School
in Cambridge, MA, and a B.A. from the University of Vermont. She
is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association,
the Boston Bar Association and the National Lawyers Guild,
and has served on the Board of Directors of the Refugee and
Immigrant Assistance Center (formerly Somali Woman and Children's
Association.) Rhonda is admitted to the Massachusetts
Bar. Prior to opening a private practice, Rhonda was a staff
attorney at the Refugee Law Center in Boston.
